Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Unbreakable Clothing. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original packaging
• With all tags still attached

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at info@unbreakableclothing.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions
3. Send the item back to the address provided
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we've processed it.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange for a different size or product, please mention this in your return email and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Return Postage

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, in which case we'll cover the return postage.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@unbreakableclothing.co.uk with a photo of the fault and your order number. We'll resolve this as quickly as possible.

Your Rights

As a UK customer, you are also protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which give you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason.
